aspect of the Dancer Universe website that requires a user name and password be

Dancer Universe requires users 13 years and older
to enter either their, their parent, or their guardian’s valid email address in
order to activate their account.
The establishment of a user account (including user name and password) will
continue to be associated with the email address used to activate the
account. In the event that a user
wins a prize through the online game, a notice will be sent to the email
address provided and the recipient of the email will be told how to contact the
third-party who will be providing the prize. Please note that the recipient of the email may choose not
to contact the third-party or may choose not to provide the third-party with
any contact information. The result of choosing not to provide contact
information the third-party, however, would be that the prize cannot be awarded
to that user and will be given to the next runner-up. Under no circumstances will Dancer Universe provide any
third-party any information regarding the users other than the valid email
address, and will only provide the email address if a prize has been won.
For some of our online activities - such as polls or surveys - we may ask
users to provide additional information that is not personally identifiable,
such as country of residence or a visitor's favorite color.
Except for the purposes of providing a subscription to Dancer Magazine,
Dancer Universe’s real-world partner magazine, we do not knowingly collect the
mailing addresses of ANY user, but in the event that such information is
mistakenly captured, Dancer Universe will delete that information as soon as
Dancer Universe becomes aware that the information has been collected. Subscriptions to Dancer Magazine are
not offered now, but may be offered in the future. Until that time, no mailing addresses will be requested of
Dancer Universe’s users.
Additionally, when visitors come to our site, we automatically collect some
non-personally identifiable “computer” information, such as the type of
computer operating system (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), the user's “IP Address”,
the web browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and information
regarding the Internet service provider.
Finally, with regard to the Dancer Universe shop, our users are redirected
to third-parties selling the goods displayed in the shop. The user will be warned that they are

players without sending information to their personal email address. We do not keep any personal information

When a user wins a prize through the Dancer Universe game, an email notice
will be sent to the registered user which will contain contact information and
