Estelle & Alfonso's Showcase 2002
Estelle & Alfonso's performing arts complexes in Fishkill and Poughkeepsie, NY presented "Showcase 2002" to a packed audience in their on-premises Starlight Theatre. The fast paced revue was an important event for the student body as it highlighted all new competition routines for this season. This was the premiere for new presentations giving the performers a chance to break in the material in front of a large audience before they were entered at various competitions.
The show featured dancers, gymnasts, singers and rhythmic gymnasts. It was a fun event for all and included the "Diamonds: - Amanda Maine, Melissa Nagelhout, Leslie Quade, Kealy Ryder, Kristen Scivolette, Brittany Smith, Alexandra Wtulich, Christina Salgado and Lydia Murray; The "Emeralds" - Cynthia Cohen, Amy Fox, Alyssa Greco, Kristen D'Anna, Andrea Maylath, Mara Pesacreta, Ashley Scadura, Joyce Socio and Brittany Salgado; The "Rubies" - Alexis Alexander-Murray, Lindsay Kondas, Deanna Virtue, Alexandra Vittorini and Kaitlyn Way. Other performers included Ariel Alperstein, Russell Quade, Gina DiLorenzo, Josh Kay, Lena McClain, Venessa Stevens and Laura Jenkins. These entertainers hail from all parts of Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Ulster Counties. •
