Angelina Ballerina inspires little girls to go after their big dreams in "The Magic of Dance," a delightful new-to-video title from HIT Entertainment that contains four animated episodes and two live-action segments. Available on bonus feature-filled DVD ($16.95 SRP) and VHS ($12.99 SRP), "The Magic Of Dance" has pirouetted onto retail shelves. In a very special consumer offer, both DVD and VHS versions will be packaged with a girl-sized magical tiara just like Angelina's and an instructional dance-step poster that will help aspiring ballerinas get ready for their big performance (available while supplies last). Subsequent Angelina Ballerina releases will feature adorable on-packs that complete little dancers' costumes.
With a running time of 50 minutes, "The Magic of Dance" VHS contains four 11-minute episodes from the acclaimed Angelina Ballerina PBS television series starring the voices of Oscar-winner Judi Dench and her daughter, Finty Williams. Featuring exquisite classic animation, the stories are: Angelina's Valentine, Angelina and Grandma, Miss Lilly Comes to Dinner, and William the Conjuror. In addition, "The Magic of Dance" features two "Little Stars" live-action segments with young students from the Royal Academy of Dance in London.
The DVD, which has a running time of 110 minutes, offers these bonus interactive features: a read-along book, Angelina's Ballet Class, A Who's Who in Mouseland activity, Thee Counting Games, and a Library Spelling Game.
