PAN Begins Eleventh Season of Eclectic Multi-Cultural Classes and Performances
Performing Arts Network (PAN) enters its eleventh season of offering excellent performing arts experiences to the community with top-notch classes and performances. PAN, which features two beautiful, modern studios, is located at 13126 W. Dixie Hwy in North Miami. The organ-ization enriches the community by providing a diverse array of performing arts classes in Music, Dance, and Theatre. PAN offers classes taught by some of South Florida's most talented professional artists and teachers representing many cultures and backgrounds, and reaches out to people of all ages and ethnicities.
There is something for everyone in PAN's exciting class lineup, including Ballet, Modern Dance, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Flamenco, Salsa, African and Middle Eastern Drumming and Dance, Creative Movement, Yoga, Pilates, Piano, Guitar, Voice, Chorus, Acting and Mime.
PAN will offer an In-Studio Performance Series from September 2005 - June 2006 with vibrant and diverse performances which will feature many of the eclectic styles and techniques taught at PAN. The series will showcase some of the finest performing artists in Florida as well as visiting National and International guests. Participants will include Ballet Flamenco La Rosa, Dance Now! Ensemble, Breffni Irish Dancers, South Beach Chamber Ensemble, The Children's African Dance Company, and several exciting solo performances. PAN's inviting décor and intimate setting will create a wonderful environment in which to experience the arts in a personal and meaningful way.
PAN provides artists and the commun-ity with many services and opportun-ities. The organization offers space for resident and visiting artists to hold classes, workshops, rehearsals, Lecture/Demonstrations, and performances in all forms of Dance, Music, and Theatre. PAN also offers scholarships and internships to the community, allowing students of all backgrounds and income levels to participate in and develop a passion and skills in the performing arts.

PAN was founded eleven years ago in Miami Beach, as a collaboration of professional individual performing artists and organizations in order to promote, facilitate and develop the arts and their relationship within the community.
