The International Stars of Cuban Ballet
Texas State Bank, in conjunction with McAllen Ballet, presents The International Stars of Cuban,
Ballet, directed by Lazaro Carreno (Houston Ballet) and Richard d'Alton (McAllen Ballet). This event will be held on July 29th 2006 at the Wortham Center's Brown Theater in Houston TX. The Gala will feature Cuban Principal dancers from American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Houston Ballet and Miami City Ballet. Included in the evening will be "Don Quixote," "Diana & Acteon," "Flames of Paris," "Spring Waters," "Black Swan Pas de Deux" and works by Ben Stevenson, O.B.E and Stanton Welch.
Dancers performing will be Rolando Sarabia, Lorena Feijoo, Xiomara Reyes, Joan Boada, Lorna Feijoo, Luis Serrano, Alihaydee Carreno, Katia Carranza, Barbara Bears, Nelson Madrigal, Daniel Sarabia, Reyneris Reyes and Meagan Finley.
