PJC Summer Dance Workshop Awards Scholarships
The Pensacola Junior College Summer Dance Workshop celebrated its 25th Anniversary June 12-17, 2006 on the Pensacola Campus in Pensacola, Florida. Auditions were held and Terry Dillon, workshop director, awarded the following scholarships:
Joffrey Ballet (NYC) - Claudine Quadrat, Gainesville, FL; Blair Williams, Theodore, AL; Sarah Fisher, Gainesville, FL; Elissa Roybal, Ocean Springs, MS.
Retter Academy (CA) & Giordano Jazz Workshop (IL) - Madeline Fitzpatrick, Clearwater, FL.
MusicWorks (Winners choice of city) - Margaret White, New Smyrna Beach, FL.
STEPS on Broadway (NYC) - Josh Stansbury, Lynn Haven, FL; Nicole Farner, Davenport, IA.
Hebert/Bolling Workshop (FL) - Casey Tindell, Navarre, FL.
Hebert/Bolling Intensive (FL) - Alison Rosenstein, Oldsmar, FL.
Hebert/Bolling Training Opportunity (FL) - Blair Boswell, Tuscaloosa, AL; Briana Sodaro, Houston, TX; Raley Zofko, Foley, AL.
PJC Summer Dance Workshop - Jenae' Dykes, Baton Rouge, LA; Savanna Green, Gulf Breeze, FL; Melissa Mallory, Port Orange, FL; Barbara Koha, Pensacola, FL.
Alternates were chosen for some of the scholarships and they are: Nicole Warren, Gulf Breeze, FL; Sean Viator, Baton Rouge, LA; Nichole Pertubal, Pace, FL; Kristen MacKay, Gainesville, FL.
