The State Ballet

This spring, join The State Ballet of Rhode Island and its Artistic Director, Herci Marsden, on May 10*, 11 and 12, 2007 with performances of "Polovitsian Dances" from Borodin's opera "Prince Igor," "Ballet of the Clowns," "Boys Will Be Boys," the eloquent "Swan Lake" Divertissement, and a new and exciting classical variations ballet, highlighting the many gifted dancers performing with the company this season.

SBRI performs at Roberts Auditorium, Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island. The Auditorium is accessible to the handicapped and disabled, and has free parking. The "Cultural Enrichment Performance"* is underwritten by Citizens Bank and is sponsored in part by the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts.
