Dancewear Solutions announced the launch of a new sister catalog and website, Dance Team Solutions, featuring team dancewear targeted to high school and junior high dance, pom, pep and competitive dance teams.
"Offering vibrant colors and fresh designs in fabrics that really move was the core challenge our designers tackled to create the line of 50 team dancewear and campwear pieces," explained Claudia Reed, VP of Marketing. Durable, colorfast fabrics high in spandex (such as metallics, matte fabrics, leather looks, sport taffetas, mesh and slinky fabrics) provide flexibility, movement and fashion.
After much market research, the marketing group determined that primary designs in the collection would include lively jazz, authentic hip-hop, flowing dresses, unitards, halter and asymmetrical styles, and fashion-forward knicker capri styles. Embellishments include genuine crystal rhinestones, and fabric designs include tie-dye, glitter, camouflage and leather-looks. The color pallet includes primaries, brights, metallics and deep colors which look great in combination or alone. Almost every style comes in several colors that work perfectly for team choreography.
The line was specifically designed for high schools and junior high dance teams, pom pom squads, drill and pep teams, and competitive dance troupes.
